Homeschool Baking Class: Laminated Dough

Join us for a hands-on baking class designed especially for homeschool students! In this session, we’ll explore the art of laminating dough.
The foundation for buttery, flaky pastries like croissants and Danish. Students will learn how to fold and layer dough with butter, understand why chilling and rolling are essential, and practice the techniques that give these pastries their signature texture.

This class is beginner-friendly, fun, and interactive—perfect for young bakers curious about the science and creativity behind baking. Each participant will take home their own laminated dough to continue baking and experimenting with at home.

Class notes:

  • Parents will need to pay for a spot in class if they want to participate with their child
  • Bring your own lunch as we will be taking a break
