Our Beef Sausage Rolls are made in-house using our grandfather’s recipe and traditional methods that have been passed down through our family.

We season lean ground beef simply with salt and pepper, then pipe the filling by hand, just as it was done in the old days. We wrap it in our house-made butter puff pastry, carefully laminated to create the delicate, flaky layers that make every bite so satisfying.
