Sourdough Workshop May 6

Have you ever wanted to learn the art of making sourdough? Have fun in this hands-on class where you will learn the process of making fresh sourdough from scratch. Join us, as our baker walks you through the step-by-step process of making sourdough bread. You will learn how to use your sourdough starter, and tips to improve your gut health. This class is intended for anyone interested in the art of sourdough. Feel free to book individually or with a friend.

This class will take place in our AHS certified commercial kitchen at Bootsma Bakery. Spaces are limited.

*All classes are non-refundable. This class cannot be refunded or exchanged for another date. If you cannot attend the class, it can be transferred to another person for the same day, but due to space and booking limitations we cannot cancel, or refund booked classes.

*Please note we need 6 people registered for the class to run. If we do not have enough people registered, we will contact you to transfer your registration to another date.

*All baking is done in a kitchen that handles almonds, gluten, dairy and other allergens. While careful precautions are taken to avoid cross contamination, by registering for this class you are accepting the responsibility of potentially coming into contact with these allergens, both known and unknown, inherent and otherwise.
